Stop by the Visitor Center to make the most of your trip to The Falls. Pick up a brochure and map to plot your path to the historical markers around The Falls and learn about the park’s rich history. Check out the gift shop selection while you’re there for merch and souvenirs. 

Five Stories of Scenic Views

Attached to the Falls Park Visitor Information Center is a five-story enclosed viewing tower with an outdoor observation deck. This is the perfect viewing spot for amazing photo ops. It’s breathtaking (and free to use), but don’t worry—there’s an elevator to get you to the top. Enjoy the panoramic views of The Falls and the cityscape from the top. Let the view inspire your journey for where you go next! 

The Visitor Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours are subject to change. Visit Experience Sioux Falls for the most up-to-date hours.

Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

The viewing tower closes 10 minutes prior to the Visitor Center closing.
